Featured Collection: XXième Siècle

Published by Société Internationale d'Art XXième Siècle, Paris, the hardback series comprised an exposition of art criticism, photographic reproductions of works in various media by leading artists and, crucially, original screenprints or lithographs. It was characteristic of the outpouring of artistic sensibility in Paris in this period. The works produced by the artists for this publication did not appear in any other form.

XXième Siècle must be regarded as constituting one of the most comprehensive yet critical art reviews, not confined to the contemporary, of the mid 20th century. The gallery offers a large selection of works from from XXième Siècle.
